Drivers

Drivers manages your delivery fleet: who delivers, what they carry, what commission they earn, and what cash they collect on your behalf. Every driver-delivered order threads through this page's records.

What a driver record holds

Opening a driver shows four tabs:

TabContents
Basic informationIdentity, phone, status
OrdersEvery order assigned to this driver, with delivery state
StatementThe money ledger: commissions earned, cash collected, what's settled and what's owed
StatisticsDelivery counts and performance over time

The driver money cycle

Two flows run in opposite directions and both settle here:

The driver's Statement tab reconciles both, so end-of-week settlement is a read-off, not a spreadsheet.

Note: Assignment happens on the order: advancing a delivery order opens the Shipping Options drawer where you pick the driver. This page is where the consequences accumulate.

Add a driver

  1. Go to Sales > Drivers and click Create.
  2. Enter their details and commission arrangement.
  3. Save - the driver becomes selectable in the Shipping Options drawer on orders.
Tip: Use the quick filters to see each driver's outstanding balance before their shift ends - collecting daily keeps discrepancies small.

What you can do on this page

Every action on this page, step by step. What you see depends on your role, so a control your account is not set up for simply does not appear.

Export the list

  1. Filter and choose your columns first - the export mirrors exactly what is on screen, not the whole table.
  2. Click Export All.
  3. The file downloads as a spreadsheet: one row per record, your visible columns in your order.
