Payment Forms

A payment form is a public page you can send anyone, where they fill in their details and pay. No account, no catalog, no checkout - a link, a form, a payment.

Menu path: Sales > Payment Forms

What you can build

FieldPurpose
Title and descriptionWhat the page says it is for
SlugThe link's address - the part you share
Image and header colour and font colourBasic branding of the page
Product / Multi productsWhat is being paid for; multiple products let the payer choose
Category and accountWhere the money posts in your accounts
GatewayWhich payment gateway collects
Discount type and discount valueA reduction applied on the form
Required fieldsWhich personal details the payer must give - name, mobile, email, gender, birthdate, age, address
End type, end on, end after, end messageWhen the form closes and what it then says
ActiveWhether the link is live

The list shows each form with its title, slug, amount, gateway, category, account and active state, alongside the payer details collected - which is what turns the page into a small register of who paid for what.

Publish a payment form

  1. Write a title the payer will recognise on their bank statement as well as on the page.
  2. Set the slug deliberately. It is the link you will print, post and paste, so keep it short and readable.
  3. Choose the product, or several if the payer should pick.
  4. Set the Account and Category so the money lands in the right place without a monthly reclassification exercise.
  5. Choose only the Required fields you genuinely need. Every extra field costs completions - ask for a mobile number because you will call, not because the field exists.
  6. Set the end condition: a closing date, a number of payments, or open-ended.
  7. Activate it and test the link yourself, paying a minimum amount if the gateway allows, before sharing it.
Tip: Payment forms are the fastest way to collect for something outside your catalog - an event ticket, a course fee, a charity round-up, a deposit. Set up one per purpose rather than reusing a generic form, so the money arrives already classified.
Warning: The link is public to anyone who has it. Do not put a form live with an open-ended amount and no end condition, and deactivate forms once their purpose has passed.

What you can do on this page

Every action on this page, step by step. What you see depends on your role, so a control your account is not set up for simply does not appear.

Export the list

  1. Filter and choose your columns first - the export mirrors exactly what is on screen, not the whole table.
  2. Click Export All.
  3. The file downloads as a spreadsheet: one row per record, your visible columns in your order.
