Inner Pages

Inner pages are the content pages of your storefront - About Us, Delivery Policy, Returns, Terms and Conditions, FAQ, Contact. They are the pages customers read before they trust you enough to buy.

The three navigation switches are more useful than they look. Policy pages belong in the footer, where shoppers expect them; a seasonal campaign page belongs in the header while it runs; and a page can be live but unlinked - reachable by its address for a campaign without cluttering your menus.

Build your content pages

  1. Start with the four pages every shop needs: delivery, returns, terms, and contact. These answer the questions that otherwise become messages you have to reply to.
  2. Write plainly and specifically. "Delivery within Kuwait City in 24 hours, other governorates 48 hours" earns trust; "we deliver fast" does not.
  3. Set the slug to something readable and permanent - delivery-policy, not page-4.
  4. Place each page: policies in the footer, active campaigns in the header, and check the mobile switch since most shoppers are on a phone.
  5. Fill the meta and OG fields. Policy pages get searched for by name more often than businesses expect.
  6. Set the view order so the footer reads in a sensible sequence.
Tip: Write your returns policy before you need it, and write it in the words you would actually use with a customer standing in front of you. A clear returns policy reduces both returns and arguments.
Warning: Custom scripts run on your live storefront. Anything you paste here can break the page or slow it down for every visitor, so add tracking code deliberately and test the page afterwards on a phone.

What you can do on this page

Every action on this page, step by step. What you see depends on your role, so a control your account is not set up for simply does not appear.

Export the list

  1. Filter and choose your columns first - the export mirrors exactly what is on screen, not the whole table.
  2. Click Export All.
  3. The file downloads as a spreadsheet: one row per record, your visible columns in your order.
