Forgot Password
Forgot Password is the self-service way back in when you cannot sign in. You give OSOSS the email on your account, it emails you a time-limited link, and that link takes you to the page where you set a new password. No administrator is involved and nobody, including support, can read or tell you your old password.

Request a reset link
- On the login page, click Reset password beneath the sign-in button.
- Enter the Email registered on your user account. It must be a valid email address, and it has to be the exact one on the account - there is no lookup by phone or by company name.
- Click Submit.
- On success a confirmation appears and you are returned to the sign-in page. Go to your inbox and open the link.
The page also carries an en / ar toggle at the top, so you can switch language before typing if the interface came up in the wrong one.
What can go wrong
| Result | Reason and fix |
|---|---|
| An error on the Email field | The address is not on any OSOSS account. Check for a typo, then ask your administrator which email is on your user record. |
| Asked to wait before trying again | Reset requests are throttled. Wait a minute rather than submitting repeatedly. |
| Nothing arrives | Check spam and any mail filter first. Corporate mail servers are the usual culprit. |
After the link arrives
The link is valid for 60 minutes and for one use. Open it and you land on Reset Password, where you confirm your email and set the new password. If you let it expire, come back here and request another - there is no limit on how many times you can start over.
