Log In is the single door into the OSOSS Dashboard. One account gets you into every module your role allows, across every company you have been added to.

URL: https://my.ososs.com/login

What the form expects

Despite the Username label, the field takes your email address - the server validates it as an email and matches it against the email on your user record. There is no separate username to remember. Password is checked as typed, so a trailing space pasted from a password manager is a genuine failure.

An invisible reCAPTCHA check runs when you submit; you never see a puzzle, but on a slow connection it can time out. If that happens the form tells you the check was not ready - submit again rather than assuming your password is wrong.

  1. Open my.ososs.com/login and enter your email and password.
  2. Click Log in.
  3. You land on your default page. If you clicked a deep link before signing in, OSOSS returns you to that exact page instead, query string intact.

Your default landing page is set per company membership, so two people in the same company can open on different screens - a warehouse supervisor on stock, an accountant on reports. When nothing is set you land on Dashboard home. Vendor accounts open on their vendor dashboard.

When sign-in fails

What you seeWhat it means
Username password miss matchThe email is not on any account, or the password is wrong. The message is deliberately vague about which.
A message that you do not have accessYour user has been disabled, or the company subscription has lapsed. Only an admin can restore it.
The reCAPTCHA warningThe background check did not complete. Retry.

Sessions and multiple companies

A successful login issues an access token that your browser stores, which is why you stay signed in after closing the tab. Signing out discards it. Resetting your password revokes every token on your account, so all other browsers and devices are signed out at once - a clean way to end a session you left open somewhere else.

If your user belongs to more than one company, use the company switcher in the top bar to move between them. You always work inside one company at a time, and a suspended or deactivated company is flagged in that list.

Note: Cashiers sign in at the register with their POS user accounts. Those are separate credentials from the dashboard and cannot be used here.
Tip: Nobody should share a login. Each person needs their own user so that permissions, default pages and the audit trail on every document mean something.
