Register

Registration creates two things in sequence: your personal user account, then the company workspace that account owns. The same page also handles the other way in - accepting an invitation to join a company that already exists on OSOSS.

The two steps

You start with Name, Email, Mobile and Password, plus the checkbox agreeing to the OSOSS terms and conditions. The Sign up button stays inert until that box is ticked. The mobile field guesses your country from your connection, and you can search the country list rather than scrolling it; the dial code itself is fixed by the country you pick. An invisible reCAPTCHA check runs on submit, and any field the server rejects - an email already registered, for example - shows its reason directly beneath itself.

Once the account exists, OSOSS takes you to the company step:

FieldNotes
UsernameBecomes your subdomain, shown next to the fixed .ososs.com suffix. Latin letters, digits and dashes only - no spaces.
Company nameWhat prints on documents. Change it later in Company settings.
Work fieldYour line of business. It shapes the defaults you get.
CountryPre-filled from your connection.
CurrencyPre-filled to match the country.

Click Continue and the workspace is created with its chart of accounts, first branch and default settings, and you land in the dashboard. A Log out link sits on this page in case you signed up on the wrong account.

Joining an existing company by invitation

An invitation email carries a personal link. Opening it signs out whatever session your browser held, then checks the invitation and adapts:

The email on the invitation is the one that must sign in. Using a different address is refused, and an invitation that has already been accepted, or been withdrawn, reports itself as unavailable.

Tip: Register with a real business email you control long-term, not a personal one. It becomes the recovery address for the whole workspace, and moving it later means an admin change rather than a self-service edit.
Note: The company subdomain is your permanent web address for the account. Choose the trading name, short and without abbreviations you will regret.
Warning: Do not create a second workspace for a business that already has one on OSOSS. Two workspaces means two chart of accounts, two inventories and no consolidated reporting. Ask an existing admin to invite you from Users instead.
